Recruiting and Screening
Process
The Design Staffing, LLC recruiting process is a systematic
seven-tier approach.
1. We begin by obtaining a comprehensive
company profile. This includes styles, company culture, environment and
company benefits.
2. The second step is the specific job profile.
We begin by getting a definition of the specific skills set, technical
requirements, education or specialized technical training, specific
degrees, and or certifications required for the position.
3.
Preliminary matching process begins by going through pool of candidates
and targeted searches. Selection of finalists is next. Once candidates are
chosen to be quality job profile matches then a phone screen is conducted
to verify that the candidate meets the requirements and that the position
meets their interest and career goals.
4. Once it is determined the
candidate is a qualified candidate, an in person interview is set and
references are checked. (In person interviews will be conducted when
feasible. If time or other constraints prohibit this step, Design
Staffing, LLC and our client will mutually agree upon a waiver. Additional
telephone screening will take place if appropriate) The interview includes
details of their technical background as well as behavioral-based
questions to discover how they will perform when faced with special
situations. The behavioral questions have three components; situation,
behavior and impact.
5. A candidate Profile Package is then put
together which includes resume and references and background check as
requested by USinternetworking.
6. Candidate selection assistance
is given with the interview coordination. Included is feedback, job offer
and agreement assistance.
7. Placement follow-up is done in the
first day, 30 days, 60 days and 90 days.
